The camera is fed directly into the pipe and transmits a live image of the pipe interior as it advances. Concrete fragments, root masses, grease accumulation, and pipe wall damage are all visible on camera in a way that cannot be assessed from the surface or through the tank. In Brier, the camera identified the location and extent of the concrete debris at the pipe bends, which let us target the repair precisely, flushing and replacing the sections that needed it, rather than excavating the entire drain field to find out which sections were blocked.
